Q1. Are you the shoes manufacturer?

A1. We are a shoe manufacturer in Wangdu county, Hebei province, with 2 production lines, 1000 square meter stock warehouse and more than 8 years’ shoes producing experience.

Q2. Can you do the customized shoes order?

A2. Yes, we supply a wide range of shoes design, material, logo, package customization.
For the customization order, we can supply the sample according customer’s requirement. Once the sample is approval, we do the bulk order production.

Q3. Can you support the sample order?
A3. Yes. Both ready stock shoes sample and customization sample, we can supply.
Ready stock sample time is about 3-5days; customization sample time is about 10-20days.
Sample fee will be refunded to you in subsequent bulk order.

Q4. What’s the MOQ?
A4. For ready stock shoes order, MOQ 30 pairs/style, can mixed size and colors; customized shoes order, MOQ 1000 pairs/style, can mixed size and colors.

Q5. How about your quality control?

A5. We have profession QC department to follow the order from beginning to the end, including check the material, style, size, colors, craft ship, packing and delivery.

Q6. How do you ship the order?
A6. For sample order, we suggest to ship by express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.; for the bulk order, we can do air shipping, sea shipping, tracking shipping, etc.

Q7: How long does it take to deliver an order？
A7: It depends on the style and quantity of the shoes.
Normally, 3-5 days for the ready stock shoes order, 20-30days for the customization order.
If there is a delay, we will notify you in advance about the situation and solution.

Q8. What’s your payment terms?
A8. We accept the western union, Paypal, bank transfer, can do T/T, L/C at sight.
If you worry about the payment, we can support the Alibaba tradeassurance payment to protect your money and cargo.
